This is a multivitamin and mineral product with added Ginseng, but is different to other products in that it has a medicinal licence for the ´relief of daily fatigue, tiredness and exhaustion through stress´. This means that there is likely to be some published trials which support this claim. As such, this product can be expected to deliver the benefits for which it has been approved.

However, its ingredients are the same as those included in most other multivitamin and mineral products, which are classified as food supplements. When compared with these and the SC Quality Benchmark, this product is found to contain 9 of the 12 essential vitamins at 100% RDA levels with only Vitamins B5 and D being omitted, in addition to Folic Acid at 50% RDA. Trace minerals are patchy in their inclusion and levels. As such, when judged as a multivitamin and mineral alongside the SC Quality benchmark and other comparable products, this product is unlikely to deliver the full range of benefits associated with daily intake of a complete multivitamin and mineral product.

The product is quite expensive.
