Value for moneyThis is a good basic multivitamin and mineral, providing 100% RDA of all vitamins and essential trace minerals (with the exception of Zinc) in addition to over 20% RDA Calcium and Magnesium. There is also a satisfactory level of non-essential trace minerals. As such, this product should deliver the benefits of a multivitamin (with the exception of Zinc) supplement if taken regularly.
This product also contains Lutein, which may provide additional benefits to eye health, however, it is expensive.
