This product has an unusual formulation, providing considerably less than 100% RDA for 5 essential vitamins and considerably more than 100% RDA for 4 essential vitamins. The product also provides less than 100% for all essential minerals and omits many common trace minerals.

As such, this product is unlikely to deliver the benefits associated with regular supplementation of a full spectrum multivitamin and mineral. The product does contain a small amount of Ginseng which may provide the additional benefits associated with this herb. However, in the opinion of the SC experts, this does not compensate for the basic deficiences as a multivitamin and mineral supplement.
