Calcium and Iron are included in this formulation at levels normally expected from a standard multivitamin and mineral product.
As such, this product is unlikely to deliver the benefits associated with the regular supplementation of a full-spectrum multivitamin and mineral. The product is a pleasant tasting chewable tablet suitable for children and adults.
