This is a good multivitamin and mineral product for the over 50s, with all vitamins (except Biotin) being at least at 100% RDA. Similarly, all trace minerals are covered, with Zinc being provided at 100% RDA and Calcium and Magnesium above 20% RDA. Iron is omitted, however, and this product would benefit from its inclusion, even at lower than RDA levels.

Overall, this product should deliver the benefits to be expected from regular supplementation with a good multivitamin and mineral. This product also contains small amounts of Lutein and Lycopene; these ingredients may offer additional benefits, particularly in eye health and prostate health.

This product is reasonable value.
