Value for moneyThis product is a good multivitamin and mineral with the presence of all 12 essential vitamins with 7 containing above the 100% RDA level and none below. The minerals are more inconsistent, iron and more importantly zinc being below 100% RDA level. Calcium and Magnesium are provided at above 20% RDA.
Overall, regular use of this product is likely to deliver the expected benefits of a multivitamin, although the mineral component may not be as effective. The product contains lutein, which may provide additional benefits i eye health, but the level of 1mg is maybe a little low. The product is reasonably priced, and represents a good choice as a multivitamin and mineral for over 50´s.
