The minerals are more inconsistent, with Selenium being omitted from the trace minerals and Zinc being provided at only 50% RDA. Calcium and Magnesium are provided at above 20% RDA.

Overall, regular use of this product is likely to deliver the expected benefits of a multivitamin, although the mineral component may not be as effective. The product contains Ginseng extract equivalent to 200mg dried herb and Ginkgo extract equivalent to 125mg dried herb; these may provide additional benefits in vitality and mental health.
