This product is a good basic multivitamin and mineral for the over 50s, with above RDA levels of 5 out of the 12 essential vitamins. The minerals are provided in appropriate amounts except for perhaps a lower level of Calcium than would be expected.

As such, it is likely that this product would deliver the expected benefits associated with vitamin and mineral supplementation if taken on a regular basis. The product also contains Ginseng and Ginkgo to help manitain vitality and brain clarity. These may provide additional benefits, but the the amounts are rather small. The product is quite expensive.
