Value for moneyIn this product, 7 out of the 12 essential vitamins are provided at below 100% RDA, and Biotin is omitted completely. However, it does provide more than 100% RDA of the Vitamins B12 and D, which are particularly important for the segment of the population at which the product is aimed.
The product lacks many of the trace minerals normally found in such products, and Zinc is also below the recommended level. It does provide over 20% RDA Calcium and Magnesium, as is the norm in similar products.
However, the SC expert panel considers that this product is unlikely to deliver the full spectrum of benefits usually associated with taking a multivitamin and mineral supplement on a regular basis. This product does contain Ginseng, which may provide additional benefits by boosting vitality.
The product is quite reasonably priced.
