Value for moneyThis product is a very good multivitamin and mineral, providing greater than the RDA in 11 of the 12 essential vitamins, most being around the 200% level. All of the expected minerals are provided (with the exception of Iodine) and Calcium and Magnesium are above 20% RDA. As such, this product would be expected to deliver the full range of benefits associated with regular supplementation with a good multivitamin and mineral. The product also contains Ginkgo extract, which may provide additional benefits in terms of mental functions. This product at one tablet per day would be a very good choice multivitamin and mineral for the over 50´s. It is also very good value for money.
