This product contains only 5 of the 12 essential vitamins, with 3 of these at 100% (or above) RDA, but with 2 below the RDA. The only minerals present are Zinc and Chromium. As such, in the opinion of the SC Expert Panel, this product is unlikely to deliver the expected benefits of a multivitamin and mineral product during pregnancy.

In addition to the above, this product does contain 80mg per capsule of DHA, the most important Omega-3 fatty acid for pregnancy, which is a desirable addition.
