This product provides 10 out of 12 of the essential vitamins at equal or above 100% RDA. Folic Acid at 200% RDA and the omission of Vitamin A are compliant with government guidelines for pregnancy. Biotin is also omitted, even though this is considered necessary during pregnancy. Beta Carotene is present as a precursor to Vitamin A and Vitamin K, which is important during pregnancy, is present. Iron, Zinc and Iodine are provided at 100% RDA level and Magnesium reaches 50% RDA, which is beneficial. Calcium is absent and, as with many other multivitamin and mineral products, needs to be furnished either from the diet, a specific Calcium product or both.

Overall this product is likely to deliver the full range of expected benefits associated with regular intake of a good pregnancy multivitamin and mineral supplement. This product provides good value.
