This product provides 11 out of 12 of the essential vitamins with 9 at 100% of the RDA. Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 are at 200% of the RDA, and the omission of Vitamin A is compliant with government guidelines for pregnancy. Beta Carotene is provided as a precursor to Vitamin A, and Vitamin K which is important during pregnancy is present. Iodine and Zinc are provided at 100% RDA, although Iron is only present at 50% RDA level. Magnesium and particularly Calcium are provided at good levels for a one-a-day product. Overall, this product is likely to deliver most of the benefits expected from regular intake of a good multivitamin and mineal supplement during pregnancy. This product is quite expensive.
