This product provides 100% RDA of 11 essential vitamins, with the exception being Vitamin A provided at 50%. Lower levels of Vitamin A in supplements are advocated by some nutritionists to reduce risk of excessive intake. This product also provides 100% RDA of the minerals Iron, Zinc and Iodine, as well as acceptable levels of Calcium and Magnesium for a one-a-day tablet of this type and also provides trace minerals. As such, this product is likely to deliver all of the benefits associated with daily vitamin and mineral supplementation.
The level of probiotic bacteria at 2 billion per daily dose satisfies the SC benchmark for a stand alone probiotic and as such this product is the only one in this category likely to deliver the intended benefits associated with probiotic intake.
