This product is a mixture of Conjugated Lonoleic Acid (CLA) vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. The only recognised weight reduction nutrient is CLA, which has substantial evidence in favour of helping to support a calorie-controlled diet when taken at levels between 1.7g and 3.6g per day. 

Four capsules of this product provides 1.28g of CLA and as such is likely to require an extended period of supplementation in order to deliver the expected benefit, and this period may be a considerable length of time. The product also supplies over 100% RDA of 10 out of 12 essential vitamins, with considerably more than the RDA level of the B vitamins. It also contains CoQ10 and antioxidants. As such, this product can also be viewed as a good quality multivitamin. However, it is unlikely that these nutrients would deliver any benefits in weight reduction. The product is expensive.
