Good results from some human trials provide evidence that white kidney bean extract can assist as part of a calorie-controlled weight reduction programme. It does so by blocking the breakdown of starch in starch-rich foods (such as pasta), hence limiting calorific intake from starchy meals.

This product contains 1000mg of white kidney bean extract and the advised dose is 2 tablets before each meal. This product is worthy of consideration as part of a calorie controlled diet, but it should be noted that it can only be effective in association with starch-rich foods; for example, pasta, rice, chips potatoes etc. Taking this product before a a sugary or fatty meal will have little effect.
