What about Glucosamine and Chondroitin with miscellaneous nutrients?
Miscellaneous nutrients which may be combined with Glucosamine and Chondroitin for joint health include turmeric, Vitamin D and ginger.
All of these should be considered to be potentially useful addition but scientific supporting evidence for these nutrients is not strong.
However, the expert opinion is that Vitamin D is the most useful nutrient to add but the priority is providing the major joint health nutrients.

Recommended Level If Vitamin D is present in a joint health product then the concentration level should be a minimum of the RDA i.e. 5mg.
