This product is a basic Calcium and Vitamin D supplement, providing 100% RDA of both nutrients. These nutrients both play a major role in maintenance of the skeleton, and as such this product is likely to deliver the expected benefit associated with improved bone health, but not additional benefits associated with Magnesium supplementation and higher intake of Vitamin D.

This product is presented as a chewable tablet which, despite being somewhat chalky, is likely to be more acceptable to many people in the long term than taking two ordinary solid tablets per day.
