This product provides 10 out of 12 of the essential vitamins at the 100% RDA level. None are provided at higher than the RDA level.  The omission of Vitamin A is compliant with government guidelines for pregnancy. Biotin is omitted, although this is considered necessary during pregnancy. This product provides 50% RDA Magnesium, which is of benefit and 17% RDA Calcium, which is better than most similar products. Overall, this product is likely to deliver most of the expected benefits of increased vitamin and mineral intake during pregnancy.

In addition to the above this product contains the Omega-3 fatty acid DHA at 125mg per capsule which is a valuable addition to this product as DHA is important to brain development in the foetus.
